Farm Gold in Cat Invasion
Codes, Golden Weekend x2, Double Gold pass, and a honest look at the AFK zone.
Gold is the Cat Invasion currency that survives a wipe. Coins buy snowballs and brick walls inside one invasion. Gold buys the account: classes, shop progress, and the extras that make the next run start stronger. This page is only about Gold. For the in-run coin order that keeps you alive long enough to earn any of it, use Getting Started and the wave 100 guide.
OneBed Studio pays Gold on visit milestones, group-member milestones, and timed events. The studio does not publish an official Trello. Watch the Roblox game page, the OneBed Studio group, and this wiki’s codes hub plus updates when a new string appears.
Codes (September 2026)
Two codes are active:
- 19MVISITS — 250 Gold
- 900KMEMBERS — 250 Gold
Together that is 500 Gold for typing two strings. Redeem them before you AFK, before you buy a pass, and before you start a two-hour wave climb.
How to redeem:
- Launch Cat Invasion and wait until the lobby is actually loaded.
- Press the Codes button on the right.
- Type the code exactly. No spaces before or after.
- Press Redeem.
Codes are case-sensitive and work once per account. If nothing pops, you already claimed it or it expired. Older visit codes such as 13MVISITS, 5MVISITS, 300KVISITS, 20KVISITS, RELEASE, and FREE GOLD are expired and listed only so you do not waste time retrying them. Live strings always belong on the codes hub.
Golden Weekend and the Double Gold pass
Golden Weekend is a Roblox event window that applies x2 Gold. If the experience page shows Golden Weekend, that is the time to run real invasions instead of sitting in the AFK zone. You still have to clear waves and not wipe; the multiplier does not print Gold while you stand in the lobby.
The Double Gold pass is a paid account multiplier. It stacks with event windows in the obvious way: more Gold per successful payout. It does not replace codes, and it does not fix a coin order that dies at wave 20. Buy it only if you already like the loop and you are going to play through events. This wiki does not invent a Robux sticker price for that pass. Plasma Armor at 79 Robux is the priced gamepass we do document, and it is an armor shortcut, not a Gold farm.
Daily rewards, perks, and green crates
Daily rewards are the quiet Gold/meta drip. Log in so the seven-day chain that unlocks Alchemist actually completes; How to Unlock Classes covers that day-7 grant. Missing a day to “optimize AFK” is how people delay Medic and Ninja grinds for no extra Gold.
Perks sit on the account side. Power them up as you earn the currency the shop asks for. Do not treat an unleveled perk tree as a reason to skip codes.
Green crates drop during invasions. They are in-run loot, not a lobby printer. Pause or clear the lane, then loot. Walking off the wooden base for a crate during a boss laser is a wipe, and a wipe pays less Gold than a finished wave block.
The AFK zone (without infinite promises)
Cat Invasion includes an AFK zone. Use it when you have to step away and still want some meta progress. Do not plan a weekend around it. Roblox sessions drop. Servers close. The zone is a slow tap, not an infinite Gold hose. If you park there overnight and come back to a disconnected client, that is expected, not a bug you can scheme around.
Active farming still wins. A solo run that follows the wave 100 route, pauses for merchant coin boosts, and survives Floppa produces more useful time than an AFK tick that never sees a named cat. During Golden Weekend, prefer real waves. After the event, the AFK zone is fine as a background option while you read the boss walkthrough or the tier list.
Group runs (up to 18) can be better or worse for Gold depending on whether the lobby pauses and whether a Medic is reviving. A chaotic 18-player server that never shops will wipe and pay you in frustration. A disciplined group that holds the wood through badge waves is a Gold farm. Kick yourself to solo if the server is a clown car.
What Gold is for
Spend Gold on lasting account power. Classes are the obvious sink: Medic for groups, Ninja as a grind goal, Alchemist from dailies. Shop purchases that persist between invasions beat impulse cosmetics. Do not spend Gold trying to patch a single run; that is what coins, merchant potions, walls, and the 3,000-coin armor are for.
If you are broke on Gold and rich on Robux temptation, redeem the two live codes first. Then play a Golden Weekend if one is up. Then consider the Double Gold pass. Then, and only then, park in the AFK zone while you do something else. That order is the entire farm. Everything else is a wave guide wearing a currency costume.
What not to spend Gold on early
Early Gold disappears in three predictable ways. People buy a class they have not read about on the players hub, then roll it on a solo map that never needs a revive. People skip codes because “I will farm instead,” then miss a milestone string that expires. People treat the AFK zone as a strategy and never learn pause shopping, so every paid multiplier still dies at Floppa.
Hold Gold until How to Unlock Classes and the tier list tell you the next unlock is actually useful. Keep coins on range and coin boosts so the runs that generate Gold last past wave 50. When a new code lands, it will be on the codes hub and in updates. Type it the same day. The farm is not mysterious: two codes, event multipliers, a pass if you already play, dailies for Alchemist, and honest waves. The AFK zone is a stool in the corner, not the engine.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for codes, waves, classes, and bosses.
What are the working Cat Invasion codes right now?
As of September 2026, **19MVISITS** and **900KMEMBERS** each grant 250 Gold. Redeem them in the lobby with the Codes button on the right. The codes hub is the live list.
Are Cat Invasion codes case-sensitive?
Yes. Type them exactly, with no extra spaces, then press Redeem. Each code works once per account.
Does Golden Weekend multiply AFK Gold?
Golden Weekend is x2 Gold during the event window. Spend that time on real invasions when you can. The AFK zone is a slow option and is not an infinite farm.
Should I buy the Double Gold pass before I learn the game?
No. Learn pause shopping and the first-hour loop first. The pass multiplies Gold you already know how to earn.
Is the AFK zone a full Gold strategy?
No. It exists and it is fine when you must step away. Sessions still end. Wave clears, codes, and Golden Weekend pay better than parking overnight and hoping.
What should I spend Gold on?
Lasting account progress such as classes. Read How to Unlock Classes before you buy. Do not spend Gold trying to patch a single in-run wipe.
