Cat Invasion Boss Walkthrough

Named cats after Floppa, badge rarity, and how late waves actually end a run.

Boss Walkthrough

Named cats are the punctuation in a Cat Invasion run. Lane mobs chew wood. Bosses test whether your pause shop was real. The roster this wiki documents is Floppa, El Gato, Bongo Cat, King Meowl, and Emperor Maxwell. We do not invent extra boss names, hit points, or exact wave numbers we have not sourced. Floppa gets a full page at How to Beat Floppa; this walkthrough is the rest of the list plus the badge ladder that sits around those fights.

The same economy feeds every name. Coins buy range, armor, walls, builders, turrets, food, and merchant potions. Gold stays in the lobby. If you are still melee-dumping at wave 40, stop here and run the wave 100 breakpoints. Boss pages cannot rescue a wallet you spent on pillows.

Floppa (first named, about 20%)

Floppa is the first named encounter, usually around wave 50, with lasers, and a defeat badge on about 20% of players. Early footage showed around 5,000 health; that is a filmed snapshot. Prep is the expensive ~3,000-coin armor, at least two damage potions, maxed-as-possible range, aim assist on, and a kite that does not hide in the gate. All of that is written once on How to Beat Floppa. If you have not beaten him, do not scroll this page looking for a later-cat skip. There isn’t one.

El Gato (about 4.9%)

El Gato is the next named stamp most accounts will see, and the defeat badge sits around 4.9%. That rarity gap is the story: four times fewer players finish El Gato than Floppa. The extra difficulty is later-wave volume plus a named cat on top, not a secret item. Arrive with Floppa-quality armor still on, range still maxed, merchant damage potions restocked, and walls that survived the fifty-plus waves after the first boss.

Play El Gato like a grown Floppa check. Pause if the wood is screaming. Do not start a melee identity. Keep distance so area range covers adds. If you grouped (max 18), Medic revives are the difference between a 4.9% badge and a full wipe after one person walks into an attack. Ninja and Alchemist are extra bodies with extra kits; they still need the shop. See How to Unlock Classes and the players hub.

Bongo Cat (about 1.6%)

Bongo Cat’s defeat badge is about 1.6%, which lines up with the wave 150 badge rate. You are in the tail of the player base. Treat Bongo as a late-run named cat that you only see if range, armor, and pause discipline all survived Floppa and El Gato. This page will not invent a health figure or a laser count for Bongo. What we can say: food (fish, tuna, hearts) and builders matter more here because chip damage has had more waves to land, and green crates are not worth a greedy walk during the cast.

If you are dying to Bongo with leftover coins, you stopped shopping. If you are dying with an empty wallet and no potions, you spent the wallet on turrets too early. Re-run the wave 100 rules even at this depth: range first, coin boosts on sight, armor on time, potions for the named cat.

King Meowl and Emperor Maxwell (very rare)

King Meowl and Emperor Maxwell are very rare defeat badges. King Meowl sits well below the Bongo rate. Emperor Maxwell is in the same “almost nobody” bucket. Do not plan your week around farming Maxwell. Do not buy a luck ritual. Play correct invasions, survive named cats in order, and take the badge if it drops.

Because the rates are that low, most advice that names a Maxwell one-shot is noise. Bring the same kit that got you through Bongo: max range, late armor, damage potions, pause shopping, aim assist, and a base that still has builders. Group only if the lobby will actually hold the wood. A 18-player circus does not make Maxwell fair; it makes the fail state faster.

If you want a reason to keep climbing besides a rare name, use the wave badges: 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 500, and 1,000. Wave 100 is about 5%. Wave 150 is about 1.6%. The later stamps are bragging rights on an already-released game, not locked future chapters.

Late-wave habits that keep bosses possible

Bosses inherit your shop. The How to Play systems still apply at wave 200: pause, aim assist, coins versus Gold, wooden base as fail state. Gold Farming still applies in the lobby: codes, Golden Weekend x2, Double Gold pass, AFK zone without infinite promises. Updates still matter when an event changes how much a win pays. None of those pages spawn extra bosses. They just decide whether you can afford to be here.

Solo remains a valid way to hunt names. You own the pause key. Groups remain valid if a Medic is reviving and people bought armor. Switch modes when the current server is the problem, not when the boss name sounds scary.

Badge hunting after Maxwell

If Emperor Maxwell finally falls, you are not out of Cat Invasion. You are in the wave-badge desert: 250, 500, 1,000. Those stamps are rarer than any named cat we list. Keep the same religion. Range stays maxed. Armor stays on. Potions get bought when the merchant restocks. Walls get repaired on pause, not after the wood is gone. Gold from codes and events funds classes on the tier list, not a new melee fantasy.

Most players who read this far still have Floppa homework. Beat him on the dedicated page, then come back for El Gato. Bongo is a 1.6% problem. Meowl and Maxwell are lottery stamps on top of correct play. There is no hidden Trello with extra phases, and we will not invent Discord ping windows. Play Cat Invasion on Roblox, hold the wood, and let the named cats walk into a shop you already paid for.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for codes, waves, classes, and bosses.

Who are the named bosses in Cat Invasion?

Floppa, El Gato, Bongo Cat, King Meowl, and Emperor Maxwell. Full Floppa prep is on How to Beat Floppa; this page covers the rest.

How rare is each boss badge?

Floppa about 20%, El Gato about 4.9%, Bongo Cat about 1.6%, King Meowl very rare, Emperor Maxwell very rare. Wave 100 is about 5% and wave 150 about 1.6%.

Do later bosses need a different coin order?

No. Use the wave 100 route: melee to ~200, range, merchant coin boosts, max range, expensive armor at Floppa, potions for every named cat.

Should I group for late bosses?

You can. Servers hold up to 18 and Medic revives help. Solo is often cleaner because you control pause shopping. Neither mode is unavailable.

Are there official HP values for El Gato or Maxwell?

Not on this wiki. The only health figure we repeat is Floppa around 5,000 in early footage, and even that is a filmed snapshot rather than a live guarantee.
